LEE A. STOREY
Lee is ranked among Arizona’s Top Ten Attorneys by the Phoenix Business Journal in Energy and Natural Resources law. She is listed in the highest tier of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, a directory built primarily on client interviews, as a leader in environmental and water rights. She advises Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, water districts, developers and others on water resource management matters. Lee also has in depth experience in Indian law issues, both on and off the reservation.
JASON M. H. STOREY
Jason was Associate General Counsel of a Fortune 500 Company before joining TSL. He has extensive experience in domestic U.S. and cross-border business transactions, including significant M&A, licensing and new-market strategy work in Europe, South America and China.
JENIFER L. PHELPS
Jenifer joined TSL after serving as Assistant General Counsel of a publicly held technology company. In addition to her background in corporate structuring, marketing, telecommunications and joint ventures and strategic alliances, Jenifer has managed entities and corporate compliance in 50+ markets around the globe.
Erin is a litigator whose practice focuses on employment and Indian law. She has successfully defended employers in actions involving Title VII, ADA, FLSA, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters. Erin also has an extensive experience in a wide variety of Indian law matters, including those involving sovereign immunity, intergovernmental relationships, election matters, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases brought in tribal court, and many others. She is licensed to practice in 9 tribal courts in Arizona and uses her experience to guide and represent clients in matters heard in those tribunals.
ALEXANDRA M. ARBOLEDA
Alexandra has extensive experience in water and natural resources law. She spent much of her career working on the general stream adjudications, Colorado River, surface water and groundwater issues. Additionally, Alexandra has practiced in the areas of Indian, environmental and constitutional law. Alexandra is also a Board Member of the Central Arizona Water Conservation District.
Tiffany has represented multi-million-dollar agribusinesses, natural resource stakeholders, and many of Arizona’s farmers and ranchers. She has successfully advocated for environmental and natural resource public policy changes allowing western communities and businesses to remain vibrant, while protecting our environment. During her recent congressional run, Tiffany was endorsed by numerous members of congress, including U.S. Senator Jon Kyl, along with other prominent county supervisors, mayors and city council members whom she continues to work with on local, state, and national issues.
