Lee is ranked among Arizona’s Top Ten Attorneys by the Phoenix Business Journal in Energy and Natural Resources law. She is listed in the highest tier of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, a directory built primarily on client interviews, as a leader in environmental and water rights. She advises Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, water districts, developers and others on water resource management matters. Lee also has in depth experience in Indian law issues, both on and off the reservation.
Jason was Associate General Counsel of a Fortune 500 Company before joining TSL. He has extensive experience in domestic U.S. and cross-border business transactions, including significant M&A, licensing and new-market strategy work in Europe, South America and China.
Jenifer joined TSL after serving as Assistant General Counsel of a publicly held technology company. In addition to her background in corporate structuring, marketing, telecommunications and joint ventures and strategic alliances, Jenifer has managed entities and corporate compliance in 50+ markets around the globe.
